Abstract/Summary:
With the adjustment of China’s industrial structure,the construction industry has entered a period of rapid development,and the urban spatial structure has undergone significant changes.A large number of enterprises in the old city have stopped production and relocated.Besides,many old industrial buildings with relatively high utilization value have been demolished,resulting in a great waste of resources and the annihilation of human civilization remaining in the buildings.How to deal with this kind of architecture,so that it does not affect urban development,but also can inherit human civilization,has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current social development.In this paper,a value evaluation system is established to determine the value of old industrial buildings,and a decision-making model for the storage and waste of old industrial buildings is established,which provides a basis for the terminal disposal of existing old industrial buildings.With old industrial buildings as object of research,this paper takes the question of whether to "dismantle" or "retain" as the starting point,and plans for the preservation and waste of the existing old industrial buildings.Firstly,starting from the relationship between the value subject and the object,based on the characteristics and attributes of the old industrial buildings and the influencing factors of the evaluation subject.Divides the value into functional value and ontological value,and analyzes the value factor composition.The analysis shows that the function value includes economic value,social value,environmental value and emotional value.The ontological value includes historical value,cultural value and artistic value.Secondly,according to the value structure,the value evaluation index system is established for the value of the ontology and the value of the function.The expert consultation method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)are used to determine the weight of each index,and the value evaluation process and calculation method of the old industrial building based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are introduced.Then by analyzing the meaning of the value target,it explores the content and relationship of the value of the old industrial building to the value goal and the ontological value goal,and constructs the decision matrix of the old industrial building storage and waste under the coordination of the two goals.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the case study of a certain mechanical factory in Zhengzhou by combining the established value evaluation index system andwaste storage decision-making model,so as to verify the feasibility of the research results.Furthermore,providing an effective evaluation theory and method basis for the reconstruction and reusing decision of old industrial buildings in the future.By studying the decision of whether to "tear down" or "keep" old industrial buildings,this paper studies from the perspective of the whole life cycle management of the project,and regards the disposal of old industrial buildings as the management of the end stage of the project.It has important theoretical and practical guiding values for the renewal,transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings and the identification of industrial building heritage.Also,for non-industrial buildings at the end of the life of the "open" and "left" decision has important practical application value.At the same time,it can enrich the research content of project management in the end of the whole life cycle.
