Research On Spatial Adaptability Evaluation Of Old Industrial Buildings After Regeneration Into Cultural And Creative Industrial Parks

The rapid expansion of the city has brought about a sharp reduction of urban construction land,and the realization of sustainable development of the city has become more and more important,so a large number of old industrial building renovation projects followed.Cultural creative industrial park,as one of the main mode of regeneration of the old industrial buildings,while extending the service life of the old industrial buildings,play the rest of use value,but also produced some practical problems,make the space reconstruction after regeneration of the old industrial buildings did not achieve the ideal effect,lack of timely feedback analysis mechanism,therefore,for the regeneration of old industrial building space for cultural creative industry park after adaptability evaluation is very necessary.This paper evaluates the spatial adaptability of the regeneration of the old industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks,and then puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions according to the evaluation results,so as to realize the dynamic renewal of the regeneration of the old industrial buildings.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,the regeneration of old industrial building as the dimensional adaptability of cultural creative industry park as the research object,combining with the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,based on the protection and reuse of old industrial building,the old industrial buildings and cultural creative industrial park,and space adaptive research,analysis of the current in the regeneration of the old industrial buildings at home and abroad for cultural creative industry park space adaptive problems and deficiencies,and further in-depth study.Second,by previous related literature material and the analysis of existing research results,part of the renovation of old industrial building in Shanghai as well as the practical investigation into the cultural creative industry park,on the basis of follow scientific principles,this article constructed the regeneration of old industrial building space for cultural creative park after the adaptability evaluation index,a total of 27,and through the questionnaire survey form to the relevant experts,using the importance index and coefficient of variation,completed the selection of evaluation indexes,finally confirmed 22 evaluation indexes,build up the regeneration of old industrial building for culture creative industry park after the space of the adaptability evaluation index system.Thirdly,through comparative analysis and research on the advantages and disadvantages of common evaluation methods,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is finally determined to study the spatial adaptability evaluation of the old industrial buildings after regeneration into cultural and creative industrial parks.In the process of evaluation,the weight determination of evaluation indexes is the most important step.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used weight determination methods,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is finally adopted to determine the weight of evaluation indexes.Finally,the spatial adaptability evaluation model for the regeneration of old industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks is established by combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,taking Shangshengxin as an example,this paper verifies the spatial adaptability evaluation model after the regeneration of old industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks.Based on the case of Shangsheng New Institute and the evaluation model combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper studies its spatial adaptability,and verifies the operability of the spatial adaptability evaluation model after the regeneration of the old industrial buildings in the cultural and creative industrial park.
