Research On Adaptability Evaluation Of Old Industrial Buildings

With the rapid expansion of the city and the continuous deepening of the industrial structure,the awareness of environmental protection and energy conservation has been constantly enhanced,and a variety of modes of old industrial building renovation projects have emerged.One of the main mode of the creative industrial park,although the model can make full use of the residual value of the old industrial buildings,but also cause many problems in social,economic and other aspects,lead to actual effect and unsatisfactory after reforming,and lack of feedback after the renovation of old industrial building analysis,after transforming the adaptability evaluation is imminent.The performance and index of the old industrial building were evaluated after the reasonable and effective renovation of the old industrial building,the applicability and accuracy of the old industrial building renovation strategy were reviewed through the timely evaluation of the performance and index of the old industrial building,and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed to realize the dynamic renewal of the old industrial building.Based on the general project of national natural science foundation of China,this paper analyzes and discusses the adaptability evaluation after the transformation of old industrial buildings into creative industry parks.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Review the development status of the transformation of old industrial buildings into creative industrial parks.Through the research and analysis of the reconstruction ofold industrial buildings in creative industry park and the adaptability evaluation,the problems and challenges of the projects after the reconstruction of old industrial buildings are found,and the necessity and importance of the evaluation of the adaptability after the reconstruction of old industrial buildings are put forward.(2)Construct an adaptability evaluation system after old industrial building transformation.By analyzing a large number of literature research,on-the-spot investigation the 106 renovation project of the old industrial buildings in China,by comparing industry experts selected set of reasonable and effective indicators,established the contains external environment perception,building regeneration effect,context inheritance,economic benefits and social influence five aspects of the evaluation index system of 25 indicators.(3)Research on the evaluation model of adaptability of old industrial buildings after renovation.Considering the influence of old industrial building renovation project of adaptability and feedback effect on the mutual influence between the indexes,the characteristics of the inductive analysis of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods and their applicability,structure equation model and important-expression capacity analysis(SEM-IPA)the method of combining in the evaluation process to ensure scientific and effectiveness at the same time reduce the deviation produced by individual subjective consciousness,which establish a feasible adaptability evaluation model.(4)Demonstration by examples.The feasibility of the evaluation model is verified through the application and analysis of practical cases in xi 'an old steel mill creative industrial park.According to the evaluation results,the indexes are divided into four categories: advantage zone,maintenance zone,opportunity zone and improvement zone,and the optimization strategies and improvement Suggestions are put forward.Provide theoretical and practical reference for this kind of project.
