The development of prefabricated construction is a breakthrough to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.The integration of BIM technology and prefabricated construction provides a digital carrier for the intelligent development of prefabricated construction.Therefore,the application of BIM technology in prefabricated construction projects has become a hot topic in the industry.However,in the process of development,due to the lack of BIM personnel and BIM standards,the disproportionate input-output and the immature and imperfect BIM-related software,the application of BIM in prefabricated construction projects is facing potential risks,which restricts the application of BIM technology as a digital carrier in prefabricated construction.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable risk assessment model for BIM application in prefabricated construction projects,analyze the key points of BIM application risk,explore the risk management strategy of BIM application and effectively avoid risks,so as to improve the level of risk management and control in BIM application in prefabricated construction projects.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the research trends of BIM application risk at home and abroad and the application of BIM in prefabricated construction are analyzed,and the meaning,goal and process of risk evaluation and control of BIM application in prefabricated construction projects are put forward.Secondly,from five aspects of technology risk,economic risk,personnel risk,management risk and legal risk,the application style of BIM in prefabricated construction projects is systematically identified and analyzed.Risk factors,combined with BIM application risk evaluation index selection principle,the risk evaluation index system of BIM application for assembly construction project is established.Thirdly,the risk evaluation model of BIM application for prefabricated construction projects based on matter-element extension TOPSIS method is proposed,and three BIM application projects are empirically studied.Based on the above analysis and evaluation results,the corresponding risk management strategies and suggestions are put forward for risk grade and key risk factors,and the risk of BIM application in prefabricated construction projects can be dealt with scientifically and effectively.This paper studies the risk of BIM application in prefabricated construction projects,constructs the risk evaluation model of BIM application in prefabricated construction projects,and puts forward the risk management strategy and suggestion of BIM application in prefabricated construction projects.It not only enriches the theory system of BIM application risk management in prefabricated construction projects,but also provides theoretical basis for BIM application risk management and control strategy,and helps assembled construction.Project contractors fully identify the risk of BIM application and make scientific and effective response strategies in time,so as to enhance the ability of risk management and control of BIM application in prefabricated construction projects,improve the level of BIM application in the progress and cost control of assembly construction projects,and then improve the comprehensive economic benefits.The development of prefabricated construction is a breakthrough to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
