Study On Planning And Design Of Micro Green Space In Capital Functional Core Area Based On City Betterment

With the rapid development of the urbanization,a large number of people pour into the city.However,open spaces available in the core area of the city is becoming less and less,and green space is insufficient.What is more serious is that the ecological environment is getting worse and worse.With the increasing demand for high-level landscape environment and the condition of insufficient urban land,we are forced to explore the development model of green space suitable for urban core areas.Micro-green space,which has the characteristics of random,flexible distribution and high accessibility,is a kind of green space which copes with the development of high density cities,and it is an important part of urban green network.Urban remediation emphasizes that starting from the problems,through the small-scale renewal and development model,in order to sustaine urban problems.Its theoretical connotation is in line with the urban renewal in the context of the stock of urban core areas.Based on this perspective,this paper took the micro-green space in the capital functional core area as the research object.Firstly,combing the theory of "urban remediation" systematically and clarifying the connotation of micro-green space remediation under the theory of urban remediation.According to the "2016-2035 Beijing Urban Master Plan",the micro-green space in the capital functional core area was divided into residential and supporting areas,traditional functional areas,central government affairs and historical districts.According to the location,it was divided into street micro-green space,street corner micro-green space and building micro-green space.According to the nature of the green space,it was divided into park micro-green space and subsidiary land micro-green space.According to classification methods above,the characteristics and roles of micro-green space in different locations were defined.Then the paper chose four representative micro-green areas in the capital functional core area to conduct a detailed investigation,and drawn the problems faced by the micro-green areas in different functional zones in the capital functional core area,and put forward how to plan and design the potential micro-green areas in the capital functional core area and how to improve the quality of the existing micro-green areas.In this paper,the theory of urban remediation was applied to the study of micro-green space remediation in the capital functional core area,which was different from the previous practice of large-scale demolition and construction.In view of the need for the construction of micro-green space in the capital functional core area,on the basis of respecting the current situation of the city,the theory is provided for the subsequent urban renewal and transformation through small and micro,gradual and continuous renewal mode.It provides theoretical guidance for urban renewal and transformation in the future.Through a large number of detailed investigations on the micro-green space in the capital functional core area,the basic data were provided for the follow-up study of this type.Finally,through the practice of planning and design,it provides methodological feasibility guidance for the specific urban planning and design work.
