Research On The Strategy For Renewal Of Dongguan Area In Ankang Based On The Theory Of City Betterment And Ecological Restoration

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has experienced the largest and fastest urbanization in history.In the meantime,we should also see the problems facing the city.Especially the old city has more realistic conditions of severe,facing more serious shortage,city problems,such as the supply of public service facilities,traffic congestion,old city style disorder of the deterioration of the ecological environment and so on.How to solve these problems step by step,the concept of "city betterment and ecological restoration" provides a new theoretical guidance for the renewal of the old city.In 2015,Sanya city by the State Ministry of housing listed first "city double repair ",emphasizes the problems and goals as city renewal oriented,harmony emphasizes the artificial environment and the natural environment,meet the needs to solve the problem of urban renewal.At present,the domestic "old city double" under the concept of updated research and practice is still in its infancy and exploration,update strategy has not yet reached a consensus,so this thesis attempts to explore the "double city" under the concept of urban renewal strategy,seeking to solve the old city in the built environment in the main problems and to deal with the old nature ecological and urban.This paper is divided into three parts,six chapters,and the well-being of Dongguan area as the empirical research object.Through the "double city" and urban renewal in old city at home and abroad combing theory and Practice Research on updated based on analysis and summary of "double city" concept under the old city area ecological environment,land use,urban landscape and other related issues,and problem oriented,puts forward the transformation direction of the next step of urban renewal work in the old city,and built environment,social culture,ecological environment and protection measures proposed update strategy of the system,realize the sustainable urban development.This paper hope that through the "double city" under the concept of urban renewal strategy construction,enrich the theoretical study of urban renewal,renewal practice and to guide the health of Dongguan area,provide a reference for the old city of our country is currently facing the update.
