In the new era,the city is faced with the constraints of limited stock land and scarce available space,and the renewal of the capital core area is accepting new challenges.In the process of renewal and reconstruction of the residential area,the phenomenon of " inserting the green in the gap" occurs frequently in some areas while the overall characteristics of the land are ignored,which affects the continuity of the public green space and the quality of the ecological environment.The traditional evaluation index of green space needs to be improved,the system of green space index is not strong,and the feasibility analysis of renewal is insufficient.Therefore,the rational layout of public green space needs systematic and comprehensive analysis.Public green space research at home and abroad are pointed out that the population data reflects the degree of residents' demand for used in public green space,accessibility of public green land use frequency,the influence of foreign countries,and land price,factors into the same index evaluation standard of evaluation standard,more visible public green space planning should abandon the blindness of "inserting the green in the gap",and consider more factors in site selection,attaches great importance to the integrity of public green space.This study aims to establish a comprehensive analysis method for the optimization of public green space based on the urban characteristics of the residential area in the core area of the capital.This method includes three steps: according to the adaptive stage and the feasibility stage,the site selection and optimization strategy of public green space are determined through comprehensive analysis.First of all,summarizes the influence factors of public green space planning,then determined according to actual situation of the capital,core residential area natural environment and social economic environment are two major aspects and six evaluation factor to construct evaluation index system of public green space,using GIS overlay analysis by covering all index vector data,and to achieve accurate service scope of public green space.Secondly,in the feasibility stage,based on the property rights of the land,the region with the highest priority should be selected to build new public green space,so as to timely supplement the vacancy of public green space.Finally,put forward the optimization strategy for the specific plot.For example,the guang 'anmen wai street is a typical area for urban renewal in the current residential area of the capital's core area,taking the street as the practice.A total of 14 new strategic and regional public green Spaces,with a total area of about 16.8 hectares,were identified by means of a comprehensive analysis of suitability and feasibility.And according to the different types of public green space surrounding the water area,the building,the street,put forward the concrete optimization strategy and the design scheme.Hope to explore out a solution to this kind of residential area to update the effective paradigm of public green space optimization,generate the urban public green space layout optimization standard,form based on the suitability and feasibility analysis of the combination of comprehensive analysis method,the core area in the capital land tensions in the residential area,the construction of public green space more scientific andefficient.This method also provides reference for other urban development in the context of urban renewal.
