The Study Of Cultural Facilities Space Layout In The Functional Core Area Of The Capital In Beijing

The functional core area of the capital is located in the center of Beijing, which carrying the p olitical, economical, cultural functions of the capital. At the same time, it gathers abundant historical and cultural resources,and many modern culture industries are also stayed here. So, it occupies a vital position in the development of Beijing.In recent years, the party and our country focus on the construction of the cultural all the time. How to enhance the soft power of culture and the cultural influence are important in the construction of cultural. Therefor, the layout of the cultural facilities in the the functional core area becomes more and more important.So to research the layout of the cultural facilities, and propose the strategical thinking and suggestions has the vital significance. Basing on the theory public facility location, cultural clusters, using the methods of comparative study, qualitative and quantitative research and induction, this paper discusses the layout of the cultural facilities in the functional core area of the capital,which can improve the development of the culture and the city.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduced the background, objective and the sense of the thesis, and then expounded the basic ideas of this paper. The second chapter researches the relevant theory of the space layout of the cultural facilities, and document literature. Then, studies the space layout of the cultural facilit ies in the city of London, Tokyo, New York and Shanghai furtherly, that will be the basic research to expand the following studies. The third chapter focuses on the study of the present space layout of cultural facilities in the the functional core area of the capital. To summarize the distribution characteristics and f ind the main problems is important to analysis the causes of the current space layout of the cultural facilities. The forth chapter puts forward the strategic thinking on the cultural strategy, cultural industry, cultural integration and cultural features of the cultural facilities in the functional core area of the capital, which provides the direction of the spcae layout planning about the cultural facilities. The fifth chapter combines the theoretical research, case studies, and the current situation summary to optimize the space layout of the cultural facilities in the functional core area of the capital. Then the chapter puts forward some suggestions of the space layout of the cultural faci lities in the functional core area of the capital.
