| With the rapid growth of motor vehicle ownership,the contradiction between parking demand and supply in old urban areas has become increasingly prominent.However,the construction land in old urban areas is very tight,so it is less feasible to increase parking space by building new parking lots.The coexistence of various land uses in old urban areas,and the difference and complementarity of parking time characteristics between different land uses provide favorable conditions for the implementation of parking sharing.Therefore,by applying shared parking to optimize the integration of regional parking resources and improve the supply capacity of existing parking spaces has become one of the effective ways to solve the parking difficulties in old urban areas.Under this background,exploring the planning path and method of shared parking will help to implement the shared parking planning scientifically and effectively,and solve the plight of rigid parking demand in old urban areas.Firstly,after having a comprehensive description of the concept,premise,structure,mode and implementation steps of shared parking,this paper systematically analyses the feasibility of implementing shared parking strategy in old urban areas.Based on the existing research results of shared parking,two main paths of shared parking planning in old urban areas are proposed,namely,tapping the potential of parking resources at the time level and at the spatial level.Both domestic and international successful experiences of using shared parking and other methods to solve parking problems are analyzed,which can provide references for the following research.Then,from the two paths of time and space,the paper puts forward the method of exploiting existing parking facilities or land resources in the potential areas.Exploring the potential at time level is to optimize the allocation of parking resources by sharing parking resources between different users in different time.First step is by doing quantitative analysis of distance matching degree and time matching degree,to obtain pairing combinations of parking spaces that can share parking time resources.The second step is to construct a shared matching degree evaluation system to evaluate the pairing combinations,so as to find the most optimal combination.From the point of view of optimization design of parking space,this paper puts forward the methods of exploring the potential resources of two types of parking space,i.e.outside parking space and in-road parking space,and integrates sustainable development,green ecology and humanized design into the optimization of parking space.Finally,the method of staggered shared allocation of regional parking resources and the method of exploring potential of parking space and optimizing design are applied to Wangfujing pilot project of shared parking.Through the parking investigation and analysis in Wangfujing area,the main parking problems and parking demand characteristics in the area are obtained.The time exploration method is used to share the parking lot constructed in commercial complex with residents at different time,which improves the utilization efficiency of parking resources and solves the parking problem of residents.The space digging method is applied to the transformation of parking space in the residential area to increase the internal parking space and optimize the parking environment at the same time.In order to ensure the effective implementation of shared parking planning,the management strategy and key points of shared parking planning are put forward. |
