Research And Application Of Zoning And Classification Methods For Urban Parking Planning

As a working link of urban parking planning,parking zoning is an important manifestation of the refinement of the planning process,and it has a positive effect on improving the level of parking planning.However,there are relatively few researches on the theory of parking zoning at present,and there are generally problems in actual operations that focus on qualitative analysis,and the planning results are greatly affected by human subjective factors.Based on this,this paper studies the parking partition classification method,and proposes a method system that combines qualitative and quantitative methods with quantitative analysis as its characteristic.First,the basic problems of parking zoning are studied,including the analysis of the relationship between related factors and the analysis of the basis for method construction.On this basis,the guidelines for the construction of the parking zoning and classification method system were researched and formulated,and the overall framework of the parking zoning classification method of "traffic district division-classification of zoning-zoning consolidation-planning and supporting management strategy formulation" was proposed.According to the overall framework,the specific content of the method was studied in detail,and the guiding principles and methods of successively dividing traffic districts based on important influencing factors,and the classification method based on discriminant analysis were put forward.The basis for classification,the method of determining criteria,and the calculation method of the comprehensive score of the traffic district are formulated.According to the characteristics of the categories,corresponding planning strategies and supporting management strategies were formulated.The urban parking zoning classification method was adopted to study the urban parking zoning and classification of Shijiazhuang city.The main urban area of Shijiazhuang city is divided into 82 traffic districts.After discriminant analysis and calculation,they are merged into 15 planning districts.The results of the zoning were recognized by planning experts.
