This paper mainly studies the core tasks of planning and surveying in building engineering and the application of related technologies.As the capital of our country,Beijing is facing increasing demands for urban planning and construction.The Beijing Master Urban Planning(2016-2035)has been implemented,and planning is becoming more and more important.Surveying and mapping work is an important guarantee for the implementation of planning.At present,the rapid development of Beijing construction urges the improvement and efficiency of Surveying and mapping methods in the planning and design stage,construction stage and building operation stage.Large-scale surveying and mapping in the early stage of engineering design and repetitive field work consume more manpower input;improper planning and surveying methods in the construction period make the work efficiency and quality twice the effort;vertical displacement monitoring of buildings after completion of Engineering construction,if the scheme is unreasonable,it will not be able to grasp the building in time.Accurate information of vertical displacement of objects.In this paper,the surveying and mapping work in the early stage of design,implementation and completion of construction is discussed,the working procedures are sorted out,the problems encountered in the relevant links are analyzed and solved,including the surveying and mapping of large-scale topographic map data required in the planning and design stage,and the relevant links in the implementation stage of construction project.Planning supervision,surveying and mapping,building subsidence monitoring and other aspects,mainly include:topographic mapping,taking Beijing large-scale topographic mapping as an example,this paper summarizes the large-scale topographic map data needed for engineering construction,studies the difficulties encountered in topographic mapping and solutions,in order to solve practical problems.In order to improve the efficiency,the control point pseudo-coordinate digital mapping and simple code digital mapping are deeply studied in the large-scale topographic map operation,and the method of satellite image mapping is discussed.In the aspect of planning supervision and survey,the earth allocation and alignment surveying,radiographic surveying and completion surveying are carried out at the stage of construction implementation.In this paper,the related links of building plane and elevation survey are summarized,and the methods and theoretical analysis of how to quickly complete the work and solve the problems are discussed in combination with practical cases.The results of three-dimensional model data and indoor surveying data are also discussed,as well as the building subsidence monitoring.In the process of construction implementation and operation,the settlement monitoring of buildings is discussed.Taking industrial production plant as an example,the main settlement of industrial plant which needs to install large-scale equipment in the use stage is analyzed and summarized.
