In essence,the basis of intelligent manufacturing needs to realize the mutual integration of data in physical space and digital space.Digital twin technology provides a solution to realize the mutual mapping between physical space and digital space.This paper takes the part measurement platform as the object,designs the virtual measurement platform by using the digital modeling technology.According to the mapping of the virtual measurement platform to the part measurement platform in the physical space,studies the virtual real mapping and data integration method of the part measurement platform,and develops the part measurement monitoring system based on the digital twin.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The overall scheme of part measurement system based on digital twin is given.The modeling and mapping technology between physical space and virtual space of part measurement platform is studied.According to the data characteristics of part measurement platform,the monitoring system architecture of part measurement platform is proposed.(2)According to the framework of part measurement system,the unified modeling method of virtual measurement platform is determined,the data mapping and driving method between physical space and virtual space are analyzed,and the scheme of virtual real data integration of part measurement system is studied.On the basis of the virtual measurement platform model,the physical measurement platform is built,and the mechanical structure of each measuring station and the corresponding part fixture in the part measurement platform are introduced,and the PLC control system design of the physical platform is completed.(3)Data acquisition software development of multi-source heterogeneous equipment and database design of measurement system.The composition of twin data in the measurement platform is analyzed,and the real-time data acquisition software for PLC and robot is developed by using OPC and socket technology.According to the needs of data storage and management in the measurement platform,the database table structure is designed to realize the real-time collection of the state data of the physical measurement platform.(4)According to the control requirements of the measurement platform,the three-tier software architecture is used to write each measurement function module to realize the measurement control and monitoring of the measurement platform by the monitoring system software.Finally,through the example test of the part measurement platform,the verification of the transmission from the physical measurement platform state data to the virtual measurement platform is completed.
