At present,it is imperative for China’s manufacturing industry to upgrade and transform to intelligence.In the process of workshop production and manufacturing,physical space and information space lack of interconnection,intelligence,initiative,predictability,transparency and global optimization ability are insufficient,and it is difficult to meet the development needs of intelligent manufacturing.According to the above problem,this thesis is based on digital twin technology,in line with the actual mapping condition monitoring system as the research object,the workshop of the data acquisition and processing method are studied,and the establishment of a multi-level information fusion of digital model of the twin line.At the same time,using Web application development technology and visualization technology,complete the development of the system.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Through the demand analysis of the production line state virtual reality mapping monitoring system based on digital twin,the overall architecture of the system is established,including the data support layer,the data storage layer,the system function layer and the system application layer.The technical route of the system is designed,the work flow of the system is analyzed,and the functional modules of the system are divided.(2)In view of the characteristics of complex data type,large volume and unstable transmission environment of the production line in the workshop,the data acquisition and processing system architecture of the production line was proposed,and the data information model of the production line was constructed;And through the study of data acquisition and transmission mode and the analysis of the data flow of the system,the data acquisition scheme is formulated.Finally,the missing value processing algorithm of K-means clustering and the outlier detection algorithm of LOF optimized by cuckoo algorithm are respectively used to process the missing value and detect the outlier through examples.(3)Through the analysis of digital twin model elements,the production line information hierarchical decomposition,using the digital twin line model of multi-level information fusion modeling method,established the state of geometry,location constraint layer,behavior layer model,and through the construction of automobile gearbox shell production line digital twin model,complete equipment fault data monitoring and production capacity of the simulation,Thus,the virtual-real mapping of shell production line is realized.(4)According to the overall architecture and functional modules of the system,JavaWeb and other related technologies are adopted to complete the development of the production line state virtual reality mapping monitoring system based on digital twin.
