In the current stage of industrial production,the traditional commissioning method is inefficient and costly.Only after commissioning,production lines can operate.By connecting virtual models with physical devices,virtual commissioning can avoid risks at the early stage of product production,reducing the cost of errors at the development stage.This thesis focuses on the scenario building,communication configuration,data mapping and OPC UA-based multi-source heterogeneous data collection method of the virtual commissioning system,and the main work is as follows:1.To address the problems of low efficiency and prohibitive cost of the traditional commissioning,a virtual debugging system based on digital twin is designed and implemented with the THJDMT-5B mechatronic platform controlled by Mitsubishi FX5 U type PLC,which consists of data communication client,virtual scene,PLC simulation environment and other parts.Firstly,sensors are introduced in the virtual scene,scene parameters are configured,and twin models are formed to realize scene construction.Secondly,the script is written to control the motion logic of the twin model.Finally,a data communication client is developed to complete the data mapping to the virtual scene.Test results show that virtual debugging is achieved using this system,which reduces testing and maintenance costs.2.To address the problem about low efficiency of Electromechanical Production Line.A multisource heterogeneous data acquisition method based on OPC UA is designed.Firstly,an architecture containing device communication layer,communication upper computer layer,data storage layer,cloud Io T platform layer and virtual debugging system is given.Secondly,the information model of electromechanical production line is constructed and OPC UA server is built to realize a multi-source heterogeneous data collection method.Finally,deploying the Io T platform on the cloud server and using hybrid programming technology to integrate device communication protocols provides the possibility of remote operation for virtual commissioning.The use of this method reduces the difficulty and improves the efficiency of data collection.
