With the rapid development of the electronic science and information industry,the acquisition of higher frequency signals has put forward higher requirements on common test instruments in time domain.The Digital Three-dimensional Oscilloscope(DTO)based on parallel processing architecture has gradually become the mainstream of the field of time domain testing because of its high waveform capture rate and the specific display effect of three-dimensional waveform image.Based on the platform of“20GSPS DTO”,the following research is carried out including the implementation of mapping function,parameter measurement method based on waveform image and parallel algorithm of optimizing vector mapping to improve waveform capture rate.1?Based on the “ 20 GSPS DTO ” platform,design and implementation of three-dimensional mapping function are accomplished,including the reorganization of20 GSPS mapping data.After the completion of the reorganization of mapping data,the mapping procedure is started with the data valid flag.After finishing the mapping,firstly change the three-dimensional database to line output,secondly switch the probability information to color information,then finish the filling operation at the requirement of the DMA interruption,finally transmit the color data through the PCIe interface into the computer for displaying.2?Combining the principle of traditional parameter measurement in software,point out the problem of the traditional method of measuring parameters in DTO,that is the software can only calculate the waveform parameters on single waveform.So in this paper proposes a new parameter measurement algorithm based on image waveform.By using this new the algorithm,we can calculate the parameter of multiple waveform which contains the probability information,and mark the parameters on the real time displaying waveform image.3?By the waveform mapping processing structure and the waveform capture rate promotion angle,introduces the traditional serial mapping and parallel mapping.Analyze that the parallel mapping has higher processing speed and efficiency;but at the same time,because of the parallel mapping method is especially suitable for the dot mapping process instead of vector mapping.When starting the vector mapping,it needs quite long time to filling the breakpoint between adjacent columns.Thus put forward anew parallel algorithm which can map in the time axis and the amplitude axis simultaneously.The vector units between adjacent columns can effectively shorten the filling operation and improve mapping efficiency.According to the design of this paper,the three-dimensional mapping function of the 20 GSPS DTO is completed.The waveform has display effects of different luminance to represent the probability of the occurrence of the sampling point.The method of parameter calculation based on the three-dimensional map of the waveform is verified in MATLAB and the real time marking of the basic parameters is completed.At the same time,the waveform capture rate is tested,which can reach to 200000wfms/s.
