Since the new century,in order to alleviate the increasing pressure of groundtransportation in Chinese cities and meet the demand of daily convenient travel of urban residents,various large and medium-sized cities in China have started the construction of subway.However,in subway construction,due to the large and complex number of professionals,technologies and personnel involved in subway construction,there are many risks in construction.As a part of subway construction,the construction of subway viaduct is rarely known and concerned by people.Based on the traditional subway underground tunnel and station construction risk management,this paper discusses the risk management of Qingdao metro line X viaduct construction based on the basic situation of subway elevated construction and the corresponding risk evaluation model.The main contents are as follows:(1)the system elaborates the basic overview of risks,introduces the basic understanding of subway viaduct construction and the characteristics and process flow of viaduct construction.Based on the definition of risk and the understanding of metro viaduct construction,the concept of risk management,the mechanism of risk occurrence and the specific process of risk management of metro viaduct construction are further studied and expounded.(2)through the WSR system methodology and fishbone diagram,risk analysis,identification and induction of the actual situation and external environmental factors in the subway elevated construction were conducted.Firstly,WSR system methodology is used to analyze the risk source of metro viaduct construction from three dimensions:WuLi(W)--ShiLi(S)--RenLi(R).Then,the risk factors in these risk sources were summarized using the fishbone diagram method.Finally,the risk evaluation index system is constructed.(3)the applicability and weighting process of FAHP method and entropy method are analyzed in detail,and the combined optimization of subjective weight obtained by FAHP and objective weight obtained by entropy method is conducted by using the least square method to obtain the comprehensive weight of risk index.Based on the grey theory,the exponential grey clustering model is constructed to evaluate the construction risk of elevated subway.(4)take an elevated section of Qingdao metro line X phase ii project as the research object,apply the established risk evaluation index system and risk evaluationmodel to the project,conduct risk evaluation of subway elevated construction,and formulate corresponding risk control measures according to the evaluation results.This paper studies the risk management of the construction of elevated section of Qingdao metro line X,which can provide some reference significance for the future construction of elevated section of metro.
