Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of urban economy and the rapid expansion of urban areas in China,urban traffic has seriously restricted the development of cities,and the development of subway traffic has become one of the important ways to alleviate the pressure of urban traffic.Compared with other construction projects,subway project is characterized by large investment,long construction period,large number of professionals and wide range of involvement.It is faced with various risks such as natural and hydrogeology,technology,management and environment,etc.,so it is a high-risk engineering construction project.Subway transfer station is the transfer hub of subway traffic,with high technical requirements and complex construction,so the study of construction risk management is of great significance.Based on the study of the construction risk management of the traditional underground common station,elevated station and subway tunnel section,combined with the risk management theory and engineering practice of subway transfer station construction,this dissertation studies the construction risk management of X transfer station of Qingdao Metro Line4.The main contents are as follows:(1)It systematically expounds the basic concept of risk management and introduces the concept of subway transfer station and various forms and characteristics of the transfer station.The risk management content and risk mechanism of metro transfer station construction are also studied.(2)Based on the current national standards and specifications,this dissertation makes a statistical analysis of subway construction accidents,combs out relevant theories of accident causes,analyzes different construction techniques and methods of subway stations,and analyzes the factors affecting the construction risks of X transfer station of Qingdao Metro Line 4 on the basis of the above research.The risk factors are classified into five categories: construction technology risk,construction management risk,construction environment risk,construction personnel risk,natural and hydrogeological risk,and based on this,the construction risk evaluation index system for the X transfer station of Qingdao Metro Line 4 is constructed.(3)The applicability and weighting process of AHP,Shapley value and linear weighting are analyzed,and the combined weighting model of AHP-Shapley value and linear weighting is established.Combined with the extenics risk evaluation model,the construction risk of subway transfer station is evaluated.(4)Taking the transfer station X of Qingdao Metro Line 4 as the research object,the construction risk assessment model of AHP-Shapley value-linear weighting and extenology is used to carry out the risk assessment for the overall and all levels of the station.The evaluation results show that the overall risk of the station is at a "high" level.According to the evaluation results of various indexes,the risk control measures for key risk indexes are put forward.This dissertation makes an in-depth analysis of the risk factors of subway transfer station construction,establishes the risk assessment model of combination-weighted extenics,and analyzes and verifies the project cases,which has certain reference significance for the risk management of similar subway transfer station construction.
