The speedy economic development in Chengdu and the stimulation of urbanization have promoted the rapid development of Chengdu Metro.The subway construction process will face more risks than other construction projects,which makes risk management essential for subway construction.This paper uses the theory of accident causation theory,combined with risk management theory and model of evaluation decision,to study the construction risk management of Chengdu Metro Line 5 tunnel.The main research work is as follows:(1)The paper Systematically elaborates the basic theory of risk management,introduces the definition and characteristics of subway construction risk,the meaning and content of subway construction risk management,and the commonly used methods of risk identification and risk assessment.(2)Based on the theory of accident cause,the cause model of subway construction safety accident was established,and the risks existing in the subway construction process were identified,and decomposed,classified and summarized to construct the subway construction risk evaluation index system.(3)Combining the theory of set pair analysis with the method of analytic hierarchy process to construct the AHP-SPA weighting model,and then using the " same difference and opposite " thought in the set pair analysis theory,combined with the fuzzy connection degree,to construct the subway construction risk evaluation model.(4)Combined with a certain interval tunnel of the first phase of Chengdu Metro Line 5,the validity of the construction risk assessment model of the subway construction project based on the set theory was verified,and the risk management measures were put forward to provide a certain reference for the construction risk management of Chengdu subway.
