With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization and people’s daily travel demand continues to increase,the construction of urban subway in our country has developed rapidly.Qingdao,as a vibrant city,has also taken metro construction as an important development content into the urban planning.However,the construction technology of subway project is complex,the construction is difficult,and the environmental constraints are obvious.The risks faced by the subway construction project are more complex,multiple and uncertain than other construction projects.Based on the traditional risk management theory on the combination of research and evaluation of the risk management decision model of Qingdao Metro Line 13,tunnel construction risk management is studied,the main research work is as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the definition of risk and risk management,introduces the connotation and characteristics of construction risk of subway construction project,the content of construction risk management of subway construction project,the process and method of risk identification.Discussing the applicability of the method in the risk management of subway construction project.It introduces the criteria and methods of risk assessment,summarizes and summarizes the commonly used risk assessment methods.Secondly,based on the existing risk recognition pathway analysis,according to the research object in this paper,the risk factors are identified from four angles: the current national standard,the subway accident statistics,the accident cause theory and the engineering practice,and the risk identification results are summarized and classified.Referring to the construction principle of evaluation index,the complete risk evaluation index system of Qingdao Metro Line 13 tunnel construction is obtained.Then,the basic principle of set pair analysis theory and related concepts are introduced,the theory of set pair analysis and combining AHP to construct AHP-SPA subjective weighting method,the optimization method of difference coefficient weighting model establish AHP-SPA combined subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method based on information entropy.The risk evaluation standard of subway construction project is established,and the concept of "same difference and opposite" of set pair analysis theory is used to construct the risk evaluation model of subway construction based on fuzzy connection degree.At last,taking Qingdao Metro Line 13 subway tunnel project as an example,using the theory of set model of subway construction project construction risk evaluation based on the comprehensive evaluation of risk evaluation indexes of the project,according to the evaluation results,put forward corresponding risk control measures.This paper analyzes and studies the risk management of the tunnel construction of Qingdao Metro Line 13,which can provide certain reference value for the construction of Qingdao Metro tunnel.
