Since the beginning of the founding of the country,China's engineering cost management has experienced the development process of experience pricing,unified budget quota,and engineering quantity list pricing.Each model reform is to better adapt to changes in social and economic conditions.With the development of computer technology,the construction industry informationization and digitalization have made breakthroughs.The traditional engineering cost management model has not met the needs of the development of the construction industry,and the emergence of BIM technology has greatly promoted the development of engineering cost management information.Practice has proved that although BIM technology has certain advantages in the process of engineering cost management,due to the huge volume and variety of cost data,it is difficult to manage cost data effectively,and it is prone to problems such as lag in cost information and difficulty in sharing data.In order to solve the above problems and adapt to the development direction of informatization and digitization of construction industry,this paper combines BIM technology with cloud technology,and studies the cost management based on BIM cloud platform.This paper first introduces the basic principles of project cost and the content and process of cost management,points out the current problems of project cost management,combines BIM technology with cloud technology,analyzes the architecture and main functions of BIM cloud platform,and highlights the value of BIM cloud platform in engineering cost management.Secondly,by analyzing the application of BIM technology and cloud platform in the five stages of decision-making,design,bidding,construction and completion acceptance,the cost management process based on each stage of BIM cloud platform is obtained,and the cost management process based on BIM cloud platform is integrated.Compared with the traditional cost management,the paper concludes that the BIM cloud platform cost management process has three characteristics: multi-party simultaneous participation,diversified procurement mode selection,information processing and simple delivery.Then analyze the measurement mode based on BIM technology,Then analyze the measurement mode based on BIM technology,put forward the measurement mode of “Revit+ Glodon”,and obtain the high accuracy of data conversion by actual case analysis;further analyze the engineering pricing model of cloud platform and choose Glodon cloud pricing platform as the research object,it analyzes the pricing of the fixed price and the engineering quantity list respectively,and summarizes the engineering cost calculation mode based on the BIM cloud platform.Finally,according to the calculation model of BIM cloud platform engineering cost,the application of engineering case is carried out,through the creation of BIM model,the application of the project in various stages of Glodon cloud pricing platform is detailed,and compared with traditional cost management,BIM cloud platform based cost management has obvious advantages in technology,process,data,change and adjustment.This research shows that the cost management based on BIM cloud platform can be realized.The cost management process and calculation model proposed in this paper are helpful to realize the whole process cost management of the project.This study is of great significance to promote the development of engineering cost management informatization.
