| Enterprise information-based construction is an important way for modern enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.It can help enterprises improve the quality of products or services,reduce operating costs and increase benefits.The construction of enterprise informatization involves the operation and management of enterprises,production and manufacturing,marketing and other aspects.The Internet of Things cloud platform project of A company studied in this thesis is a typical case of enterprise informatization construction.In the actual implementation process of information project,project delay is a common phenomenon,the delay of information project will lead to project cost increase,even failure.The informationization project involves a wide range of areas and has many risk factors affecting the schedule.Therefore,in order to improve the management level of informationization project schedule,it is necessary to conduct in-depth exploration and analysis on the risk factors of informationization project schedule.Traditional risk management methods are effective for general engineering projects,but because of the particularity of information projects,especially human resource risk factors,traditional project risk management methods can not reflect the dynamic complex nonlinear relationship between risk factors.In this thesis,the analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)of objective weighting method and system dynamics methods are used to identify and quantitatively analyze the schedule risks in the implementation process of the Internet of Things cloud platform project of A company,and relevant countermeasures are proposed according to the simulation results.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The schedule risk of A Company’s Internet of Things cloud platform project was analyzed.and the main risk factors affecting the informationization project schedule were identified through literature analysis and project field research.Ten main informatization project schedule risk factors were determined by AHP.(2)The schedule risk management SD model of A Company’s Internet of Things cloud platform project was established.The first step was to determine the modeling boundary and modeling purpose of the system dynamics.According to the causal relationship among the schedule elements of informatization project,the process subsystem,resource subsystem and duration subsystem were established.Then,the three subsystems were integrated into A complete SD model of A Company’s Internet of Things cloud platform project schedule risk management based on the correlation variables.Finally,10 major risk factors were added to the SD model.Through literature analysis and project research,the functional relationship of each parameter variable in the model was determined,and the SD model of schedule risk management of A Company’s Internet of Things cloud platform project was finally constructed.(3)The established SD model of project schedule risk management was applied to conduct quantitative analysis of schedule risk factors,and the initial values of 10 key risk factors were assigned by Delphi method.Then,according to the basic data of A Company’s Internet of Things cloud platform project,the SD model was simulated,and the risk response strategy was proposed according to the simulation results.The system dynamics model established in this thesis describes the causal relationship between the major risk factors and the project schedule and its related variables,and dynamically reflects the impact of the major risk factors on the project schedule.Finally,some suggestions were proposed according to the simulation results.Hope to provide certain reference for similar information project managers. |
