With sustained economic growth of the country,the investment and construction mode of engineering projects will change from rough to lean.And information technology will be needed to make the project management mode better to improve project efficiency.At the same time,industrialization and informatization should be integrated deeply.The key points of project management should be used to set up a smart building system for lean building and management of engineering projects.On the one hand,it can promote the revolution of the engineering industry and achieve the goal of sustainable development.On the other hand,it can study the construction of smart cities from engineering perspective and the healthy operation of the city.Studying the reconstruction project of Zhaowuda Road and Zhelimu Road in Hohhot City as an example,the research process and results are as follows,with the theme of the assembly platform project management system based on cloud platform.Firstly,based on the theory and method of construction management of assembly bridges,this paper is concentrated on analyzing the research and application at home and abroad in three aspects,including cloud computing,internet of things and BIM,in order to study the relationship between informatization and industrialization.In terms of assembly bridges,under the guidance of relevant engineering norms and experience,the requirements of project management system,the construction management process,the integration of data information and the functional framework of the system are clarified under the principle of data-driven mode.Secondly,the assembly bridge project management system based on cloud platform is mainly composed of the system configuration,construction and management process,bridge monitoring pattern and web display of BIM.Therefore,the project system configuration is to provide system users with greater autonomy to set up common data like project basic information.Then,the construction and management process includes the data flow of project processes about assembly components,quality control,safety management,and schedule management and so on.Besides,the monitoring is based on the Internet of Things to achieve intelligent application of data.And the model of assembly bridges is as a graphical visualization query port for the system.In addition,this paper builds a data mining model based on the relevant data of the assembly bridge management and uses the statistical analysis method to feedback the data value to the next construction.Thirdly,based on the reconstruction proj ect of Zhaowuda Road and Zhelimu Road in Hohhot City,the BIM model is established and the monitoring plan is designed.The management functions of the established project management system are used to verify the digitization of management process,the visualization of information model,the automation of safety monitoring and other system functions.So as to refine the system elements and deepen opinions to ensure that the project management system functions are reasonable.On this basis,the paper could study the general system of Intelligent Construction to promote the smarter management of projects.
