With the rapid development of expressway construction in China,the road network has become huge and complex.The appearance of ambiguous vehicle paths and the diversification of investment subjects lead to that the toll distribution method based on probability statistics is seriously inconsistent with the principle of "actual toll collection and actual toll distribution ".How to collect tolls reasonably and how to distribute the tolls fairly among investors under the complex road network have become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve the problem of highway toll distribution under complex road network,after studying the current domestic and foreign expressway ambiguous path identification technology,in this paper,that the precise path identification technology meets the requirements of highway toll distribution management in China has been pointed out,by using 5.8GHz ambiguous path recognition and toll collection algorithm,the function and structure of toll collection system has been designed,and the structure of database table of the system.Based on Windows 10 operating system,SQLite database and C/S framework,using Visual Basic 6.0 and Delphi programming language,a highway toll distribution system has been developed and realized.Experiments show that the system can meet the performance requirements of highway toll distribution and ensure the rapid passage of vehicles,and the toll distribution algorithm can obtain the fairness and the expect goal.
