Development And Application Of Highway Toll Fee-based Services Evaluation

With the rapid development of the highway, highway has played an irreplaceable role ineasing road traffic and economic development. However, with formation of diversificationpattern of the highway construction investment, the problems of the biased growth, the lightin the service of highway have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, we shouldestablish a service concept in highway operations management to raise the overall quality andlevel of service of the highway, which has become an important task for the development ofthe highway. Highway toll services as an important part of the motorway service management,have no relevant evaluation system, so the establishment of the service evaluation system is ofgreat significance to the development of standards, and procedures, standardization directionfor transport services.First of all, this paper expounds the problems of pay service evaluation and demandconditions based on the fee-based services evaluation requirements analysis, and furtherpointed out that the evaluation of the causes and significance of design fee-based services.Then this paper focuses on the analysis of the hardware and software design of fee-basedservices evaluation. Hardware design includes the design of the overall design and evaluation.Overall design consists of three parts, which are the evaluation section, toll station networksystem and the center section and sections sub-centers. The design of the evaluator mainlyexpounds the acquisition host, the peripheral circuit with the interface, the function ofevaluation device and collection procedure of evaluation data. This paper makes analysis ofthe software architecture, data collection and communication and database design inevaluation software design. Software structure includes setup and management module,extension status monitoring module, data query module, data transmission and data statisticsand analysis. Data collection and communication includes communication protocols and datacollection procedures. Database design database analyzes the definition of principles, a list ofdatabase tables and data sheets. This part makes the hardware and software design of thefee-based services evaluation.Finally, this paper takes the toll operation management of pingdingshan branch ofzhongyuan expressway for instance as an engineering example to describe the engineering,installation, and gives the results and significance of the evaluation.
