Unified national network charges is the inevitable trend of development of China's highway toll. To address the premise of reasonable flat rate tolls split bottlenecks, this paper attempts to study and explore the path of the highway network to identify the problem and provide the corresponding theoretical support and solutions for unified national network charges charging policy formulation and split the accounts provide a theoretical basis.Based on the detailed analysis of the high number of road path identification and significance on the basis of the cost of the split, the system elaborated research status, and highway route recognition principle, factors path identification technology and the path made adequate recognition technology discussed. In addition, this study also recognition of the various paths comparative analysis methods, and demonstrate the path selection based recognition method from the perspective of influencing factors. Finally, according to the status quo of China's highway network, identify problems and propose a path split the cost solutions and on-line S24 Weiqing Shandong Expressway conducted simulation studies. Final results show that this solution is feasible and effective, can become a path to solve our highway network to identify and split feasibility proposal.
