Research On Risk Management Of China Eastern Airlines CRM Development Project

Enterprise business activities and decision-making are usually uncertain risks,there may be losses for the enterprise.Many of the production and business activities of modern enterprises,especially large-scale manufacturing and construction activities,are carried out in the form of projects.The process of project operation is accompanied by various project risks.If you do not manage the project risk,these risk factors will directly affect the success of the project.With the upgrading of enterprise information and the introduction of office services software applications,business and consumer demand for software products growing.Changes in customer demand and market demand for product quality improvement,but also on the software development put forward higher requirements.At the same time,due to software projects with more uncertainty,to strengthen the software project risk management is even more important.In this paper,the project risk management theory and customer relationship management theory,China Eastern Airlines Co.,Ltd.("Eastern")CRM system development project as the research object,the project implementation process for the existence of risk factors analysis.Firstly,the risk factors of the project were identified by using the checklist method and the brainstorming method.The risk factors were used to qualitatively evaluate the risk factors,and the risk events were sorted.The subjective scoring method was used to evaluate the overall risk level Quantitative analysis,to determine the overall risk level of the project is within the acceptable range,and according to the analytic hierarchy process of the project to assess the main risk events.And then put forward the countermeasures to mitigate the risks,avoid risks,transfer risks and accept risks,and take the corresponding technical methods to effectively monitor the project risks.Finally,it puts forward some measures to strengthen the internal control of risk management To ensure the success of the project.Based on the existing risk management theory of CRM system development project,this paper studies the risk management of CRM project development in China Eastern Airlines CRM,which can effectively identify and control the risk of CRM project in China Eastern Airlines,seize the main risks and take countermeasures to reduce the project risk With a better reference and guidance.In addition,for other enterprises with the same type of software projects also have a reference role.
