Our country’s annual infrastructure construction scale is huge,and the demand for mortar is also enormous.In recent years,our government attaches great importance to energy conservation and consumption reduction,and also attaches great importance to the friendly development of economy and environment.Dry-mixed mortar,as a building material,has many advantages,such as abundant products,reliable quality,environmental protection,convenience,high efficiency,low cost and civilized construction site,which make it recognized by more and more professionals in the field of engineering.This paper combines theoretical research with practical investigation,consults a large number of documents and materials,guided by the relevant theory of project feasibility study,applies SWOT analysis,data analysis,cross-research and other research methods,and based on the actual situation of Henan ZD Building Material Company’s dry-mixed mortar project,on the basis of in-depth investigation,the project was systematically analyzed from various aspects to demonstrate the feasibility of the construction of dry-mixed mortar project of Henan ZD Building Materials Company.Firstly,the article introduces the background of the project and the relevant policies of the industry.The main part the article analyses the market demand of dry-mixed mortar,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external factors of the project,which provides the basis for the formulation of the competitive strategy in the future.In line with the ideas of giving full play to advantages,avoiding and weakening disadvantages,seizing opportunities,and adopting measures to transform and control threats,the researchers have formulated a market competition strategy.From the perspective of construction technology feasibility,the technology,equipment and site selection adopted by the project are analyzed,which provides theoretical guidance for the construction technology of the project.Based on the importance attached by our government and people to environmental protection issues in recent years,this paper intentionally points out theenvironmental pollution problems that will arise in the construction and operation of the project in the part of environmental impact assessment,and gives a variety of schemes to control pollution and protect the environment.In the economic benefit analysis of the project,the basic information such as evaluation basis,investment estimate and fund raising are determined,and the financial evaluation of the project is made mainly from the aspects of net present value of finance,internal rate of return,payback period of investment,break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis.In the part of project risk factor assessment and control measures,risk management theory is used to analyze the risks in market,policy,technology and environment,and the corresponding risk control measures are elaborated.Finally,it concludes that the project has feasible conclusions and practical suggestions.This study provides a theoretical basis for the investment decision-making of the dry-mixed mortar project of Henan ZD Building Material Company,and intuitively guides the implementation of the project.At the same time,some important conclusions and implementation strategies are drawn from the analysis of the project.These conclusions,strategies and methods used in the analysis also provide reference for the feasibility study of other companies or other projects.
