With economic globalization and high speed development of economic of China, Modern logistics also achieved rapid development. Logistics park is the new thing in the modern logistics development, and most important in regional logistics system planning in China. The construction of logistics park conducive to the realization of different types of logistics enterprise specialization and scale, play whole advantage, achieve reciprocal advantages, produce the scale effect, which is beneficial to the promotion enterprise's core competitiveness, achieve alleviate urban traffic pressure, promote regional economic development purposes.The investment and construction of logistics park project is a systematic engineering,which has greatly capital, long recovery period and many uncertainty factors etc. Therefore, the investment of logistics park project faces with tremendous risk, and the investor must do the best of risk management to ensure the project's success. However, our country lacks enough data or document of investment risk management of logistics park project, and has little valid management technology to analyze and supervise the risk. So it is necessary to strengthen the risk analysis and management of logistics park project.The thesis divides into five chapters. The first chapter mainly elaborates the background and significance of research, and then summarizes the research achievements about risk management and Logistics Park risk management at home and abroad. The second chapter mainly introduces the theory of investment risk management about Logistics Park. It firstly summarizes the theories about Logistics Park and project management, and then, analyzes risk characteristics of Logistics Park's construction project, contents and the process of risk management. The third chapter mainly analyzes and evaluated the investment risk with the building materials logistics park project in Rizhao as the research object. Based on characteristics of logistics park project, WBS is used to identify risk factors of the building materials logistics park project in Rizhao, and discusses the reason of risk occurrence and the result factors bring on, on this basis, the paper discusses the main risks of the building materials logistics park project in Rizhao. The fourth chapter mainly evaluates the risk of the building materials logistics park project in Rizhao. This chapter firstly introduces some common risk evaluation methods and steps, aiming at the characteristics of logistics park establishing risk evaluation index system, uses the expert investigation scoring method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of the building materials logistics park project in Rizhao, determines the project's overall risk level, concludes the key risk factors which impact on the project. In the fifth chapter, the risk prevention measures are put forward based on the work of risk identification and risk evaluation, first introduces the risk response measures, mainly including the risk of common measures and risk preventive measures aimed at key risk factors, and then introduces the risk monitoring strategies, establishes the risk early-warning system on the basis of the contents, procedures and methods of risk monitoring. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. Mainly summarizes the results of this paper, and pointes out the deficiencies and the future research direction.
