The Study On Investment Risk Management Of General Bulk Cargo Terminal Project Of Caofeidian Port

With the development of the "Belt and Road" construction work,countries along the Belt and Road and other emerging markets have maintained rapid growth in imports and exports,shipping as the least expensive means of transport,in the import and export trade market a large share.As the core infrastructure of the shipping industry,the project construction has the characteristics of long construction and operation cycle,large capital investment and high risk,so it is very important to identify,evaluate and control project risk in order to realize high risk return.Based on the risk matrix analysis theory,this paper studies the project risk and applies it to general bulk cargo terminal project of the Caofeidian port.First of all,This paper describes the background and significance of the project and studies the relevant theoretical research of risk evaluation,and summarizes the characteristics and risk characteristics of the investment in port construction.Secondly,the paper introduces the profile of the general bulk cargo terminal project of Caofeidian port,The project conforms to the planning and development requirements and fills the gap in the capacity demand for general bulk goods.Thirdly,it identifies the internal and external environmental risk factors of the project,according to the principle of determining the indicators,selects two levels of indicators and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of the project,uses the risk matrix analysis method to determine the impact weights,and carries out a comprehensive evaluation of the risk.Finally,according to the evaluation results of the project comprehensive evaluation index system,combined with various risk factors,general prevention and control measures of port investment risk,the target risk prevention and control of general bulk terminal project of Caofeidian port.
