G309 is a national road,it passes through Changyi, Hanting district, High-tech development zone, Kuiwen district, Weicheng district,Changle county Qingzhou.etc,8 county (city, district) in weifang territory, is the main east-west traffic in weifang,its transportation tasks are very busy. Route to:from the east coast of Qingdao and Weifang Jiaolai River westward bound by Changyi, Hanting District, Fangzi area, coincides with the G206, after the intersection, south west of the junction of Po Tong Street, Tong Street, Po coincides with the west in Changle existing G309, continued westward through the territory of Zibo City into the Green City, which Bao Tong Street intersection west to the Green Island section of G206 has all the widening conversion completed. In order to alleviate the existing G309 Weifang East Shibu, Zhu, the Qingchi streets of serious problems of traffic pressure, it is proposed to Weifang Cravens G309 Shibu speed according to the design section of 80km/h highway reroute technical standards, plan operation by the end of 2013.Existing G309 Weifang Rong Cravens Blue Line to paragraph after Shibu Shibu, Zhu, the Qingchi township, on both sides of the streets of serious, traffic is heavy, the speed of vehicles, hybrid vehicle, the speed is low, serious congestion, traffic accidents when occurred, has seriously hampered the development of local economy, change the section of line is imminent. The proposed project is completed, will shorten the travel time of transit vehicles, reduce traffic congestion and ease traffic pressure, services, economic and social development.Under the proposed project using the original path to the regular Jiatun Shibu South, the section length of 6.17km. Stone Town, to the cross section of K38+270 are: 1.0 m earth shoulder Rice Merchants Drive+20.0+1.0 m earth shoulder, subgrade width of 22 meters; K38+270 to the section along the southern section of regular Jiatun:1.0 m earth shoulder+16.0+1.0 m earth shoulder Rice Merchants Drive, subgrade width of 18 meters. The section has been included in the provincial bureau plans, the proposed conversion programs:highway-I level, subgrade width of 24.5 meters, the design speed 80km/h. Segment to be converted by Bao Tong Street, G206 has been built to target Young road intersection, the segment length of 6.7km. Cross-section is:1m shoulder+1m+30 m carriageway shoulder, a total of 32m, pavement is cement concrete pavement. The road was originally municipal roads, the construction of low standard, poor road drainage, some sections of concrete slab seriously damaged.Implementation of this project will have a reasonable organization, ease of transit and intra-city traffic, reduce urban traffic pressure and congestion is of great significance, rapid economic development in the region play a great role in promoting.
