Post-evaluation Study On Construction And Operation Of CL 30 Wind Farm Project

Wind energy is widely recognized as clean energy in the world,and is one of the most promising energy sources.In China,wind power can not only alleviate the problem of energy shortage,but also effectively avoid environmental pollution,which is an important choice for energy development.With the development of wind power projects in full swing,the extensive construction and operation of wind power projects have brought more and more serious problems of resource waste and low efficiency.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the decision-making level,investment efficiency and project value.After project evaluation as an important means of detection and analysis problem,can be found from the completed project specific problems of the construction stage and operation stage,for its own revision consummation and the subsequent run efficiently,experience and lessons for similar project construction and operation,to avoid repeating them,provide the support of theory and practice.The CL 30 wind farm project is a representative wind farm project in terms of construction scale and operation.This paper takes the project as the research object,collects the relevant information of the project comprehensively through practical and in-depth investigation,and USES the post-evaluation theory and method of the project.From the perspective of the project life cycle,it focuses on the early decision-making process,specific implementation process and investment situation of the construction stage.Operation stages of production preparation,production operation process and economic benefit,social benefit and so on,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative measurement and reasoning,all kinds of problems of in-depth analysis and evaluation of the project construction and operation of the actual effect,review and summarize the corresponding experience,put forward reasonable Suggestions,for subsequent efficient operation of this project and other similar wind power project construction and operations support.
