With the extensive use of fossil fuels, the incomplete combustion of energycaused serious damage to the environment. Wind power as a clean renewable energy,completely achieved zero emissions standards. Use of wind power has become animportant supplement of hydroelectric and fossil energy, wind energy can promote thesustainable development of social economy. Wind power project, however, involves alot of content, it requires complex and specialized technology, as well as the talentwith strong professional knowledge. At the same time, because of the wind powerindustry faces many uncertain factors, making wind power project investment withgreat risk. Therefore, it is critical that to evaluate the wind power project.Current technical and economic evaluation of wind farm projects still has nouniform standard for reference, so there are many technical difficulties during theeconomic evaluation. First of all, this article embarks from the practical factors intocomprehensive consideration, constructs the reasonable index system. Then thisarticle select AHP to determine the value of the index weight, also, because the AHPnot fully reflect the relationship of mutual influence between the various indicators,this pape uses the fuzzy analysis method for quantitative analysis,constructs fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model which is based on project-level analysis. Finally,using the comprehensive evaluation analysis of wind farm project, In the end, we havea conclusion of that the wind farm project has good wind resource conditions, sitetopographic and geologic conditions are met requirements of the building of windfarms, convenient external transport, less environmental impact reduction benefits areobvious, less land acquisition and construction engineering difficulty, goodengineering construction conditions, reasonable construction scheme and goodfinancial evaluation. Multi-level fuzzy evaluation method overcomes theshortcomings of the subjective experience of the application, makes the evaluationresult more scientific and accurate, provides a reference method for the evaluation offuture similar wind project.
