Post-Evaluation Study On Shouqin 35MW Power Station Project

This paper expounds the research background from the aspects of the construction of 35 MW power station and power engineering,explaining the significance of the research in theory and practice,analyzes the actual operation status and actual investment benefit of Shouqin 35 MW power station project,and summarizes the successful experience of the project and teh lessons learned during the construction and operation of the project.First of all,this paper expounds the significance of research and the development trend of post-evaluation work,and defines the research content and methods of this paper.In view of the limitations of the project,this paper only carries out research from the two aspects of economic post-evaluation and technical post-evaluation of the project.Secondly,this paper describes the relevant definitions and basic theories of post-evaluation research,introduces the meaning of post-project evaluation,the time point and index system of post-project evaluation,expounds the principle of post-project evaluation and analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are mainly used in this paper.Thirdly,this paper introduces the construction background and feasibility of the 35 MW power station project of Shouqin Company,and summarizes the construction of the project from the aspects of project location and overall layout.Finally,the economic post-evaluation of the project has been carried out from two aspects of basic financial post-evaluation and production and operation post-evaluation,the post-evaluation and analysis of technology and implementation effect are also carried out from four aspects of boiler system,turbine system,electrical system and water system.Through evaluation,the problems found in the process of project construction and production operation are summarized,and corresponding solutions or improvement experiences are put forward.
