In recent years, the contradiction between the rapid development of the national economy and ecological environment supply become more and more intensified, the energy crisis and environmental pollution have become important factors which restrict economic development in our country. As the fossil energy gradually dried up and the environmental pollution, how to guarantee the energy under the premise of effective supply, reduce fossil energy consumption, and reduce the negative effects on the ecological environment have become an important task of our country to the sustainable development of economy.As the representative of the new generation of green energy, wind power owns saving energy consumption, little environmental pollution, recycled, and many other advantages, gradually developed into the most mature technology, the most competitive and the most potential for development of new energy power generation field today. In recent years, China’s vigorously publicized and promoted wind power generation technology, which has promoted the wind power industry developing rapidly, wind power installed capacity increases year by year, the status of wind power in the energy structure of our country has further promotion. Along with the increase of wind power engineering construction project, the post-evaluation of such project is also very important, but for now, the post-evaluation work of construction project of wind power industry still not form relatively uniform industry standard, which still exists many defects in the process of post-evaluation, and need to be further improved.This paper chose the third phase of the project of X wind farm as an example, and worked on the project post-evaluation study, which aims to build a scientific and reasonable wind power enterprise engineering construction project post-evaluation system, to effectively guide the investment decisions of the government and enterprise. This paper firstly combed the domestic and foreign research status about construction project post-evaluation, and expounded the relevant theory and method of project post-evaluation, among which mainly explained the basic content of engineering project post-evaluation of the wind power enterprises and the advantages and limitations of the evaluation method, which formed the foundation for choosing scientific and reasonable evaluation method; Secondly, this paper comprehensively introduced the process of decision-making and implementation of X wind farm three phase construction project, on this basis, we conducted individual post-evaluation from there aspects, including the project implementation, project production operation management and operation, project goal realization degree and comprehensive benefit of the project; at the same time, with reference to the theory of grey correlation and other related comprehensive evaluation, we constructed the comprehensive post-evaluation model of wind power construction enterprise project using the gray analytic hierarchy process(GAHP), and then conducted the comprehensive evaluation of X wind form three phase construction project and finally draw the corresponding conclusions. This paper constructs a wind power enterprise project evaluation system with the combination of the individual project evaluation and comprehensive evaluation, the combination of benefit post-evaluation and effect post-evaluation, the research methods and research results in this paper have a certain guidance and reference significance as to improve the wind power enterprises construction project post-evaluation in our country.
