Study On Standardized Management System Of Expressway Service Area In Hubei Province

The enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength has led to the development of all walks of life.With the increase of high speed mileage and car ownership year by year,the expressway service area industry is also changing quickly.Since the birth of the first service area has been more than 30 years old,with the change of the times,the service area is no longer a place that can only provide refueling and rest to the public,but it has become a complex of public welfare,leisure,entertainment,tourism and even more diversified subjects.The existence of the service area not only solves the physiological needs of the motorman and passenger,but also provides a spiritual rest place for them.This paper first restores and summarizes the research results of the domestic and foreign scholars on the design,management and management of the expressway service area,and has consulted the literature on the application of standardized management in other fields.Secondly,after fully understanding the concept of standard,standardization,standardization theory and the concept of standardized management system of service area,it combines the existing management status of X enterprises,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing standardized management system in the service area,and puts forward the design ideas and principles of the standardized management system.This paper constructs the standardized system content from two parts of hardware management and software management.The main contents include the design and planning standards of the service area,the standard of facilities and equipment configuration,the standard of daily management,the standard of work flow and the standard of assessment.At last,taking the Wuhan-Shiyan Xiaogan service area as an example,it compares the economic benefits,management benefits and environmental benefits before and after the implementation of the standardization system.Through the research and analysis,it is concluded that the implementation of the system is not only an effective way to solve the problem of increasing the demand of the people after the improvement of the people’s material level,but also to bring good effect to the management of the enterprise.At the same time,it also contributes to the environmental cause of our country and contributes to the harmonious development of the society.In this paper,literature research,field investigation and grounded theory are used in the early,middle and late stages of the study to solve the focus of public concern and improve service quality.The system constructed in this paper will standardize and unify management to meet the needs of the public,reduce the duplication cost of enterprises and improve the management level of enterprises.At present,the standard management system of the service area has not been built in our country.The uneven service level of the service area can not make the travel experience of the division multipler reach the best.After this system is constructed,it also provides the basis and standard for the follow-up management.
