Research On Public Activity Space Distribution Of Residential Area In Chengdu Based On Space Syntax Theory

Residential community level public activity space is an important place for modern urban residents’ activities and communication behavior.It also serves as a link between urban public life and residential life.In the current era,with the residents’ activity needs upgrading and the commercial real estate development bubble,the study of the layout of public housing activities in residential quarters is of great significance to optimize city space,community construction and promote the diversification of daily activities.In this paper,by studying the structural relationship between public activity space and residential area space,we explore the flow characteristics of people in residential area,summarize the rules and characteristics of Chengdu residential area level public activity space at the level of spatial structure,and analyze the current situation and research situation,and finally put forward the corresponding layout strategy,To explore the layout mode of public activity space at residential district level which is more conducive to the use of residents.Firstly,put forward the organizational relationship of public activity space at residential district level and the related factors affecting the layout,combing the development process and layout characteristics of public activity space at residential district level with literature research and field research,and classifying the public activity space at residential district level.This paper expounds the space segmentation method of space syntax and the syntactic variable parameters applied to the residential area level.This paper demonstrates the feasibility and applicability of space syntax theory in the study of the spatial layout of public activities at the residential district level,and puts forward specific research steps on this basis.Secondly,according to the principle of sample selection,five residential districts in Chengdu are selected,and the status quo of residential district form and public activity space layout,public activity space function layout and area ratio,public activity space and road relationship,public activity space configuration and environmental elements,public activity space layout and people flow distribution are analyzed.At the same time,through the questionnaire survey,the characteristics and existing problems of community level public activity space in Chengdu are summarized.Then,the spatial syntax analysis method is used to analyze the sample residential district model,with the help of axis density,labyrinth index,connection value,depth value,integration degree,choice degree,comprehensibility degree,coordination degree,pedestrian flow interface and other related parameters to describe the spatial form,public activity spatial distribution,functional layout,traffic organization mode and pedestrian flow characteristics of residential district.This paper summarizes the syntactic characteristics and rules of the spatial layout of public activities at the residential district level in Chengdu.Finally,according to the research status and syntactic characteristics summarized in the previous paper,this paper puts forward the relevant principles and Strategies of Chengdu residential district level public activity space layout from five aspects of residential district space form,public activity space distribution,functional layout,traffic improvement and people flow grooming,Put forward the layout mode of public activity space of different forms of residential quarters(grid,belt,tree).
