Evaluation On Serving Capability And Analysis Of Space TT&C System Faced With Multiple Tasks

Connecting the earth and outer space,Space TT&C System is indispensable to aerospace system.The development of space technology asks Space TT&C System for higher level of serving capability.Faced with extensive satellites and surprising number of spaceflight tasks undertaken by satellites,it is necessary to evaluate whether serving capability of Space TT&C System could support smooth operations of satellites systems,which is with theoretical and realistic significance to construction and evolution of Space TT&C System.This dissertation proposes the concept of serving capability of Space TT&C System and constructs evaluation indicators as well as comprehensive evaluation model.The highlights and contributions of this dissertation are listed as follows.(1)Design a framework for evaluating and analyzing serving capability.Define the concept of serving capability precisely for the first time;Design corresponding research framework for carrying out evaluation and analysis effectively,which makes frontier of the problem clear and gives benchmark for further research.(2)Design serving dispatch simulation process based demands of tasks;Propose dispatch strategies and methods,which helps grasp main aspects of service of Space TT&C System accurately and objectively.(3)Construct serving capability evaluation indicators and comprehensive evaluation model.On the basis of analyzing demands of satellites and Space TT&C System for evaluation indicators,construct serving capability evaluation indicators,whose criteria respectively are completeness of tasks?use of resources and responding time of emergency task,and comprehensive evaluation model;Define serving capability index for evaluating comprehensive serving capability and analyzing situation of allocation of resources.(4)Case research.Apply the research achievements in a specific scene to verify their usability and effectiveness;complete service dispatch in the same scene with two different strategies;based on the output,analyze Space TT&C System and provide some benefit conclusions for decision makers.
