| Airport firefighters emergency response capacity is an important part of the protection of civil aviation safety.Recent years,unexpected events in airport happened frequently,in the process of emergency rescue,the emergency response capability of firefighters exposed a number of outstanding problems.Whether the emergency capability of airport firefighters can adapt to the rapid development of the civil aviation industry is grim.Therefore,in order to enhance the ability of firefighters emergency rescue,strengthen the comprehensive quality of the fire brigade,and to scientific and standardized the management of the fire brigade.This paper focuses on the evaluation of emergency response capability of airport firefighters.Firstly,combined with the characteristics of airport firefighters' posts and duties,the elements reflecting the emergency capability of airport firefighters were obtained through literature analysis and expert investigation.And it was analyzed quantitatively with the method of exploratory factor analysis,the airport firefighters emergency response ability indicators were obtained,and constituting the airport firefighters emergency response evaluation index system.The airport firefighters emergency response to the weight of the indicators were Combined with the network analytic hierarchy process,the weight of the each index of the emergency capability of the airport firefighters was determined.Secondly,on the basis of the evaluation index system of the emergency capability of the airport firefighters,combined with the talent evaluation theory and the ability evaluation method,we selected different evaluation methods and tools around the airport firefighters emergency response capability,and the multi-dimensional and multi-evaluative airport firefighters emergency response system was formed.At last,the airport firefighters emergency response assessment of the implementation process was summed up.Taking the G Airport as an example,the emergency capability of firefighters at the airport was evaluated,the airport firefighters emergency ability evaluation results were analyzed from the two aspects of the individual and the overall of the firefighters,and then proposed detailed development and improvement suggestions.The study shows that: The evaluation index system built around the airport firefighters' emergency capability could better reflect the emergency response capability of airport firefighters.The airport firefighters emergency capability evaluation system designed has good practicality,and it is an effective way to evaluate and improve the emergency capability of the airport firefighters.Further the study can provides support and guarantee for the assessment of airport firefighters' emergency capability from airport and civil aviation administration. |
