Design Of Airport Emergency Rescue Support Ability Evaluation System Based On Cloud Architecture

Airport is the main body to deal with emergencies and rescue while an aircraft accident occurred in the airport area.Airport emergency rescue support capability determines whether it has the ability to deal with emergencies.To understand the airport emergency rescue support capability,airport emergency rescue support management agency should be checked regularly in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Aviation Administration of China.The traditional evaluation has many drawbacks,and there are many aspects need to be improved in current evaluation.It is of great significance to establish a set of evaluation system which is applicable to China's civil airports.The system will provide unified,comprehensive and convenient service.Airport Emergency Rescue Supporting – Capability Maturity Model(AERO-CMM)built by project team is the theoretical basis for evaluation.Research ideas and methods are determined through consulting documentation related to capability evaluation and safety management platform.System requirements analysis,system function analysis and system function modules are completed by Safety Information Management knowledge.For the realization of cloud-based application,system overall architecture,technical system and database are designed,and Android APP is used for system interaction.System testing validates the feasibility of system design and the practicality of system application.The evaluation and inquiry of airport emergency rescue support capability would be realized.The system is beneficial for airport and regional administration to find weaknesses out and improve it,and it will improve China's airport emergency rescue support capability.
