The essay relies on the 13 th Five-Year national key research and development plan "research and demonstration on the key technologies of building energy efficiency and decoration and decoration materials function integration(2016YFC0700905).China is a large energy consumption country.In order to realize the sustainable development of resources,energy conservation and emission reduction must be implemented.The energy consumption of existing,especially in public buildings,has always been high,and the potential for energy conservation is also higher than that of other buildings.In order to increase the development speed of building energy saving transformation,it is an effective way to popularize and perfect the Energy Performance Contracting mode in China is construction engineering.In both the construction of energy-saving projects,compared to EPS,wet grinding of high phosphorus adopt insulation materials,which is a kind of new material can be used for both the construction of walls and roofing renovation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)First,we have resulted literature related to Energy Performance Contracting and building energy consumption.It is found that there is much room for development of Energy Performance Contracting in our country.As long as the partners can cooperate more fully,the energy consumption of the existing buildings can be reduced to a large extent.(2)Then the characteristics,mode,operation process and problems of the Energy Performance Contracting are studied,and the static building energy consumption calculate theory is put forward,which is used to calculate the energy consumption of the existing buildings after energy saving transformation,and compare the energy consumption before and after building energy saving transformation.(3)And studied the wet grinding test of phosphorus based fluid material preparation and thermal performance,to simulate the stress situation of exterior wall and reinforced,and the building wall construction process and polystyrene foam plate were compared.The most sustainable material for outer window modification is selected from two aspects of heat transfer coefficient and price.(4)Finally,combined with the energy saving reconstruction project of an official building,two schemes were compared from two aspects: economic benefit and environmental benefit.Sensitivity analysis was carried out for better transformation scheme,and economic benefits among participants were analyzed.After in-depth study,this paper draws the following conclusions.(1)The performance of wet grinding of high phosphorus flow insulation material can meet the construction of energy-saving requirements,and implementation of phosphorus recovery by solid waste.(2)High phosphorus flow wet grinding thermal insulation material has the advantages low production cost,good durability can be used in building walls and roofing cast-in-place construction way.Compared to the EPS board,the advantage to reduce material cost,saving time under construction,extend the building after transformation of the building wall to avoid the thermal bridge effect.(3)Although the wet grinding of high phosphorus flow insulation NPV and EPS plate material plan,but because of the use of life is longer than the EPS board,using units and EMC will accept the wet grinding high phosphorus flow insulation materials as energy-saving office building material.
