Abstract/Summary:
With the intensification of climate change such as Greenhouse Effect,the shortage of non-renewable energy and the adjustment of the global average temperature rise target in the Paris Agreement will improve energy efficiency and environmental protection to an important level.Through the application practice of a large number of cases at home and abroad,the energy performance contracting mode helps the energy users to achieve the energy-saving goal of the project,and has a good effect in improving energy efficiency and energy-saving enthusiasm.In order to improve energy efficiency and achieve good results of energy saving and emission reduction,as a good energy-saving means,energy performance contracting mode is frequently used in energy-saving transformation projects in colleges and universities.Different from ordinary engineering construction projects,the energy performance contracting mode requires communication and negotiation between the energy saving service company and the energy using party at the early stage of the project,so as to define the cooperation mode and transformation plan of the project.The energy performance contracting mode started relatively late in China,and it is still in the stage of continuous research and exploration in the application of the model,and there is still a large research space in the mode selection of building energy-saving renovation projects in colleges and universities.The choice of energy performance contracting mode belongs to the problem of risk decision-making.Therefore,this paper considers applying the prospect theory of behavioral economics to analyze the decision-making problem of project participants.First of all,the article analyzes the current situation of the application of energy saving,energy use and energy performance contracting model in colleges and universities.Then,on the one hand,the literature method is used to extract the factors that affect the mode selection of participants in energy performance contracting model,and the participants are classified,and the risk attitude model is used to analyze the selection preference and risk preference of different types of participants.on the other hand,the operation and income characteristics of the typical mode of energy performance contracting model are analyzed and summarized,and the prospect theory decision-making model is constructed by using the analysis of risk preference and model characteristics.According to the differentcategories of energy-saving service companies,three decision prospects are divided,and examples and simulation tools are introduced to construct the priority of prospect values for participants to choose different modes in different situations.According to the decision-making rules of prospect theory,the scheme with the highest foreground value in different situations is selected as the relatively optimized decision-making scheme.Finally,a case is introduced to apply the prospect theory analysis method in practice.The method proposed in this paper fully combines the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the participants with the objective characteristics of the energy performance contracting mode and provides a new idea for the choice of energy performance contracting mode.
