The places where people work in daily life are public buildings.As people’s requirements for public buildings are getting higher and higher,the proportion of energy consumed by public buildings is increasing.Among them,the energy consumption of public buildings is close to the building energy consumption.40%.The energy consumption of public buildings is characterized by large energy savings and centralized management,which are key energy-saving areas.China’s use of contract energy management to carry out energy-saving renovation,forced by the complex issues of policy,law,capital,technology,etc.,the implementation of public building energy-saving renovation is not ideal.Therefore,it is clear that the performance evaluation of contract energy management mode in public building energy-saving renovation provides decision-making basis for energy-saving renovation of public buildings,and has important research significance and engineering application value.The paper first introduces the basic theoretical knowledge and development status of contract energy management,and then analyzes the content,status quo and problems of public building energy-saving renovation.Secondly,it summarizes the research on contract energy management evaluation at home and abroad,preliminarily determines the evaluation index system,and uses the expert survey method to improve the indicators and determine the final contract energy management evaluation system.Then,the weight of each level of indicators is determined by the fusion weight method;the score of the evaluation model is calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;the gray clustering method is used to provide the decision-making and evaluation basis for the effect of the contract energy model in the energy-saving renovation of public buildings.Finally,according to the case study,the project is analyzed and calculated,and the project evaluation results are obtained.This paper combines the literature data to construct a contract energy management effect evaluation index system,focusing on the contract energy management evaluation method,and introduces the specific operation flow of the fusion weight method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the gray clustering method and the guiding significance of applying the above methods.Theoretically improve the evaluation of contract energy management evaluation,standardize the contract energy management evaluation index system,and help to provide targeted recommendations for contract energy management in the evaluation of public buildings energy-saving renovation.
