With the rapid development of economic construction,the scale of domestic urban construction is developing on the rise.Global warming is increasing.Gradually people began to pay attention to the building in the energy,the large consumption of resources.Therefore,Chinese work which reduces the urban construction of greenhouse gas emissions has a special significance.In order to understand the situation of Chinese building carbon emissions,firstly this article using the building life cycle theory.Chinese construction activities and the various stages of energy consumption,are putting forward the carbon emissions measurement method in the whole life cycle of building in the actual situation.On this basis,JingHong selected as a case which is hotel with commercial purpose.Application of BIM software on materials that are the amount of building for the statistics,a variety of equipment such as construction machinery,construction equipment and other works are according to the actual use of the situation to record.Secondly,a large number of literature and related information were collected,obtained carbon emission factor with the calculation of the relevant.Finally,the life cycle is calculated the carbon emissions at all stages.The calculations show that the building carbon emissions accounts for the most important part in the operational phase.Therefore,we should focus on building emission reduction measures at this stage.According to the characteristics of energy performance contracting,energy service companies implement the energy-saving work in the operation of the stage.The energy performance contracting of new concept applied to the actual case of this article.The project analysis comparied the energy saving before with energy saving after in the operation of the building stage.Research shows that active energy performance contracting can play a good effect on energy conservation and emission reduction.In recent years,China has made a good external environment for the building energy-saving industry.But there are still obstacles which are demand and supply.According to the problems,it is encountered in the development of energy performance contracting.Puting forward the perfect energy performance contracting mechanism and promoting the development of energy service company policy recommendations.
