| Industry 4.0 has been interpreted as making the fourth industrial revolution led to the concept of intelligence,which aims to build a future mode of production with highly personalized and flexible digital products and services.In this model,the traditional industry boundaries will be redefined,and will generate a variety of new areas of business and cooperation.The process of creating value is changing,the division of the industrial chain will be restructured.With this background,V group separate the similar digital business from existing business units,combined for release the vitality of business,and further development,target to generate new growth for the group in the comming 3 to 5 years.This paper based on the split and afterwards build up business,analyse the opportunities and problems of Group restructuring and upgrading,by means of project management tools such as project plan,WBS task decomposition table,SWOT analysis,focusing on the new company(hereinafter referred VDS)carried out after the establishment the actual business projects,in-depth analysis of the implementation of the project and hand over,discuss the practical significance of business integration and restructuring.This paper start with elaborates the project background and significance,and futher describes the project information and specify the overall change control design content of project organization,project planning and project management.Then expounds the project scope definition,including the definition of the project scope the work breakdown structure,construction,change controls,and explains the project of human resources and communication management,responsibility assignment matrix.Finally,closed with a summary.Not only is the specific analysis of the strategic adjustment of the V group,but also can provide reference of project management model for the same industry and other industries.Provide a reference for new business line build-up,especially partition and merger from business unit. |
