The No.3 Nantong Construction Group Company’s Risk Assessment Study

The rise and fall of the construction industry is closely related to the macroeconomic environment,the current overall demand in the world economy is insufficient,with the focus on deepening reforms and strengthening macroeconomic control,competition in the construction market has become more intense.For managers of construction companies,how to grasp the Macroeconomic Trends and Changes in National Industrial Policies,and take the initiative to response measures timely,this is related to whether or not the construction enterprises can survive from the severe competition.Based on this,it is utmost important to do a great job in the risk assessment of construction companies.The managers of a company should have a clear understanding of the risks and be prepared to prevent them from happening.The competitive environment faced by China’s construction companies is very severe and complex.This requires them to establish a sound internal control system and make accurate assessments of the risks,and can effectively reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of risks.In the selection of risk assessment methods,traditional assessment methods or biased qualitative research lack data support,or they rely too much on quantitative analysis to ignore those factors that are difficult to quantify.This paper takes the construction company Jiangsu Nantong Sanjian Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,applies the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method,combines the two dimensions of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to assess the risks of the company,makes it difficult to quantify the risk factors in an evaluation framework and makes these combination of quantitative data has an impact on the evaluation results.For the evaluation results,the author put forward corresponding suggestions for the improvement of the management of the company,in order to be able to use this case to inspire and think about how China’s construction companies strengthen risk management.
