| At present, with the development of China’s economy, the subway project has made brilliant achievements. But at the same time,in the process of the construction of subway projects will also be a lot of problems, such as frequent occurrence of safety accidents, serious investment cost, delay and so on.In the course of the construction of urban subway project, the security problem is the most important issue. The casualties caused by the construction of subway project and its influence on the surrounding buildings have been paid close attention to by the society. At present,China is in the urban rail transit project construction climax, but the project management experience is relatively inadequate, engineering risks and security risks exist in varying degrees.Because of the unique characteristics of subway construction, the risk factors which affect the construction safety are not isolated, but interrelated and interact. One of the problems that need an immediate solution for the researchers in subway engineering is how to identify the risk factors and set up the risk assessment model according to the characteristics of subway engineering project.Based on the example of Shenzhen Metro Line 7 project, this paper, based on the previous research results, combined with the knowledge of risk management theory and the actual situation of Shenzhen Metro Line 7,the construction process of Shenzhen Metro Line 7 project Risk assessment, the use of risk identification three factors in the construction process of the project geological hazard, construction risk and environmental risk factors to identify, combined with expert survey and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the above risks. To evaluate the qualitative problem into quantitative evaluation, and put forward the corresponding measures to reduce the harm caused by the risk of other similar projects to learn from the significance. |
