| Water plant is one of the very important infrastructures of a city,Xianlin water plant will be a new water plant in Hangzhou city as the diversion work from Qiandaohu will be done next year,it will play an important role in the city’s water-supply system.In accordance with the plan of diversion work,Xianlin water plant should be accomplished by the time of next year,or else the whole water-supply plan will be affected.Risk management is an important part of project management,in the process of risk management,risk assessment is a key part.Therefore,during the whole construction process of Xianlin water pant,it’s very meaningful to apply effective methods to identify and evaluate the risk factors of this project and give suggestions to deal with the risks.This thesis starts from the theories of risk management,studies the development and applications of risk management in construction projects of both domestic and abroad studies,studying the pervasive methods of risk recognition and assessments.Then the thesis analyzes the background and features of Xianlin water plant construction,chooses brain storming and risk breakdown structure as the method to identify the risks of this project,lists natural risks,technical risks,policy risks,economic risks and managerial risks,and applies fussy analytical hierarchical process as the method to assess the risks and gets the results of the integral risk and main risk categories.At last,the thesis promotes suggestions to deal with the risks which have been assessed.Compared to the current risk management of Xianlin water plant,this thesis helps to comprehensively aware all kinds of risks,assesses the risks with quantification and offers better solutions for risk management by improving the pertinence and efficiency. |
