With the continuous implementation of the national strategy of large-scale and intelligent gas turbine equipment,many gas turbines manufacturers have devoted to the research and development for new type gas turbines according to the actual demand of equipment strategy.In the existing gas turbine research and development management system,it could not do comprehensive product data managemrnt because there was no integration of experimental data and designing data,but also an effective data security solution was not given.Due to the research and development process of gas turbine,there were many parts and multivariate network affiliation between parts and components,many manufacturers have huge amounts of experimental data and graph document,it will be the core problem how effective and comprehensive management of gas turbine data and reduce designing cost and improve data security.According to the existing problems about gas turbine research and development management system,this paper firstly investigates the current status concerning the gas turbine product data management software,and then design and implementation of a gas turbine research and development management system according to the production of gas turbine manufacturers demand,it can enforce the comprehensive management which mix together experimental data designing data about gas turbine and take into account the data safety.This system is divided into information security module,system management module,gas turbine component graph document management subsystem and gas turbine component experiment management subsystem.The information security module provides information security services for other system modules.It uses a hybrid encryption model of 2DES-Filter and RSA to implement data encryption and decryption,and uses SHA512 model to authenticate users.In order to gas turbine assembly relationship of multivariate network membership expression,parts garph document management subsystem use the assembly relationship tree structure for hierarchical management and realize assembly relationship management and storage management and version management.In the experimental management subsystem of gas turbine components,this paper is given object-oriented UML design and program flow design and the implementation of component type management,experiment type management,experimental data management and experimental file management.Finally,this system is proved to be effective through functional testing and the time efficiency testing of hybrid encryption method and system load capacity testing.
