With the continuous development of technology, construction of Highway managementsystems have become increasingly popular, the development of system lag behind theincreasing need of people, system performance maybe decline after a period of time, evenaffecting the user’s work decision-making of highway information’s timely sharing andrequirements of highway managers. Consequently, analyseing currently Highwaymanagement system, using advanced technology to redesign and streamline, improving thelevel of decision-making, is a problem that must be solved.The object of studying in Heilongjiang Province Highway management systems, is basedon component technologies and J2EE frameworks and performance optimization designmethod of Highway management system technology. On Highway management systemdetailed systems analysis, user needs analysis carried out on the basis of componenttechnology-based highway system design. Systems network architecture design, applicationarchitecture, design, and Struts and Hibernate technology is used to design the overallstructure of the system. Highways information query modules are then detailed design systemusing multi-tier architecture model and interface-oriented programming technology,implements basic functionality to user queries, including registration, login, highwaysinformation.Finally,using the method of PCM to analyse the initial candidate,through automaticallygenerated and Assessing candidate to optimize performance of software system forecasts.PEROPTeryx framework to its evolution as a component-based framework for optimizingfunctional properties of software systems. Server for Heilongjiang Province Highwaymanagement system for performance optimization through simulation experiments concludedthat the optimal average response time.
