The Study On Bei Zheng Yun Ding High-tech Research And Development Center Design

The high-tech research and development center,as one of the building types under the new technology revolution,had developed rapidly in the information age.The characteristics of high-tech research and development center determined the difference between r&d center and general office building,shch as it relies on human’s intellectual labor,and transmits information through developed means of communication.The author was interested in this type of architecture,because of the internship program in the design institute----Bei Zheng Yun Ding high-tech research and development center.At the start of the project design,the author formed the morphology of three aspects:the planning;the spatial construction;the building image.The overall planning of the research and development center is based on the interaction of each function,so as to make functional zoning reasonable and form an efficient road system;the spatial construction is based on the research and development characteristics and the needs of the r&d personnel,so as to make rational design of the r&d space and its organizational relationship;the control of architectural form expresses the integrity of the interface and the characteristics of high technology.The research is around these three questions,in terms of planning,the author analyzed the location selection of part of the research and development center,summed up the factors influencing the location of the research and development center,the r&d center of various functions and adjacent relations were analyzed and combed,classified the similar function,activity zoning,private partition,in the case of reasonable functional partition,organization and efficient road system to the pedestrians and motor vehicle road choice;in terms of r&d spatial construction,based on high and new technology research and development of high strength and attention to the function of re-education,fully considering the characteristics of research subject and research and development,therefore,at the same time in the flexibility of research and development of space design set up corresponding communication space;in terms of building image display,due to the high and new technology enterprise r&d center is to provide office space,in order to achieve the overall effect of the project,design through the body piece of joining together to keep the integrity of the interface,use the form of the bottom overhead increases the ductility of the interface,new materials and new technology used to express the characteristics of high and new technology.Finally,the research strategies were applied to the practice of specific projects,developing space and service function were set in the plot using the planning road separation,as well as the garage system with the separation of pedestrian system settings,bring convenience for the r&d staffs daily life;in the spatial construction,the office efficiency of the r&d staff was enhanced according to the different forms of office forms and the arrangement of informal spaces;the building blocks were joined together by corridor,and the form of the bottom shelf continued the interface integrity,the decorative effect of coated glass and metal material were perfect to show the characteristics of high technology.
